SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Some products are available by subscription.
You will be charged automatically at the prescribed frequency (every two months for Treat Boxes). The payment will be taken on the same day of the month as the date of your initial order (eg first order 5th Jan, you will be charged again on 5th March and 5th May etc)
You will receive an order confirmation after every recurring payment is made.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
As the subscription products are already discounted you cannot use any additional discount codes upon ordering. Unfortunately gift cards cannot be used as payment for a subscription product.
Each subscription applies to one shipping address. If you change your address you will need to cancel your subscription and restart another. If you want to send a subscription product to another address a separate subscription should be set up for each one.
Subscriptions should be set up with one subscription product only. Any additional products should be ordered separately.
I can pause or skip a particular subscription but you must email me in advance first and this cannot be done if it is within 2 weeks prior to a scheduled subscription delivery.
If an automatic payment fails, we will both be notified by email and an attempt will be made again 5 days later, and then for a final time 5 days following that. After three failed attempts, the subscription is cancelled and the order will not ship.
